Jindie Nails Honey Blue Blue & Candy Land Review

Tonight I have part 2 of 3 of the Jindie Nails Winter Chic Collection. The first part, with Dream In Color and Battle Royale can be found here.

Candy Land: A white crelly base with medium and large neon hex glitters in yellow, blue, green, pink and purple.

All photos of Candy Land are shown as 3 coats topped with 1 coat of Mega Shine.

I was super excited about trying this one, It has been one of the highest demanded Jindie polishes so far (along with swoon) I love the colors in the crelly base! There wasn't near as much fishing as I had expected, since Jen said there would be some required, it was actually pretty easy to get the larger glitters out! I did have an issue with the large glitters, once they were on the nail they really want to stick so make sure you place them in the spot you wan them rather than brushing them on. The formula was a bit thicker with this one than any other of the Jindie's I've tried, but this is most likely due to the fact that there are large glitters and a thicker base makes it easier to suspend them, just make sure to work quickly to avoid any dragging.

Honey Blue Blue: A medium blue crelly base with several sizes of royal blue and emerald green holo hex glitters.

There is so much glitter in this beauty, no need for placing or fishing. The glitters also lay nice and flat so there isn't any bumpiness even with all that glitter. This was pretty much opaque in 2 coats but I used 3 to get a richer color. The formula is perfect and evens out nicely.

I say if you are into the crelly based polishes you really should get your hands on these! Jindie Nails Etsy shop is currently on vacation to catch up on orders from her recent restock, but you can find the shop here and get an email sent to you when she opens back up!
You can also find Jindie on FacebookTwitter @JindieNails and Instagram @jindienails.

Will you be getting either of these beauties?

  1. I love the colors in the first but alas the large glitter polishes are not for me. I have tried to love but my nails are small and curved and large glitter refuses to lay flat on them
Boy does jindie nails make pretty polish though I almost always want every thing she does

    1. I have a hard time with larger glitters most of the time too. My nails have a very predominant curve as well.
